Modesto Junk Co. sponsors Arch Restoration
Modesto Junk Company, Inc. • Recycling Center is a Bronze Sponsor of the Modesto Arch Restoration project.
From the City of Modesto’s web site:
The best way to honor our past is to preserve it for the future…
There is nothing more iconic of Modesto than the arch that welcomes travelers to the heart of Downtown Modesto while declaring Modesto’s heritage of “Water Wealth Contentment Health.” Built in 1912, the Arch was constructed by the Modesto Booster Club, founders of the Chamber of Commerce. One hundred years later, Modesto’s esteemed landmark is being restored to its original glory.
